KIDS CAMP IS BACK AT CROSSFIT 1926
We’re bringing it back… and it’s going to be FUN.
From June 8–12, we’re hosting a 1-week CrossFit Kids Camp designed to get kids moving, learning, and building confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Dates: June 8–12 Time: 9:30–10:30 AM Ages: 5–11 years old
This isn’t just exercise—it’s movement education.
At CrossFit Kids, we focus on: Mechanics first – teaching proper movement patterns Consistency next – practicing and reinforcing good habits Then intensity – only when it’s appropriate and safe
Each day will include: Fun, high-energy workouts Skill-building through play and games Teamwork, leadership, and confidence development Scalable movements for ALL ability levels
BONUS: Kids who sign up by May 22nd will receive a camp t-shirt
Whether your child is brand new or already loves to move, this camp is built to help them grow stronger, move better, and have a blast doing it.
